Frequency Upgrade with Berta Kuhnel
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
If you’ve been feeling the pull to change but can’t quite name what you’re changing into, this conversation lands right on that edge. We talk with Berta Kuhnel, an energy healer, mentor, and teacher who works with personal transformation and what she calls a “frequency upgrade” a shift in how we meet life, how we heal, and how we show up in a world that’s clearly moving through big change.
We explore a practical but powerful reframe: life as a journey rather than a challenge designed to beat us down. From that perspective, every moment becomes a growth opportunity, not a verdict. Berta shares how empowerment is built through repeated choices, especially when we feel stuck or reactive. We also dig into the two tracks of awakening: doing our own inner work while also bringing our unique “facet of the jewel” into the collective mix.
Berta walks us through her path across Reiki, craniosacral therapy, and Chinese medicine, and how a major health crisis an acoustic neuroma and brain surgery pushed her to ask deeper questions about root causes. That inquiry led her into shamanic healing, where the work focuses on the energetic blueprint, belief patterns, emotions, and the body together. We also get real about holding space without ego, why personal work matters more than performance, and how being selective about what we consume (news, media, and inputs) can protect hope and clarity.
You’ll also hear rapid-fire favorites, including what hope sounds like, what color it is, and the books and music that support her mindset. If this gives you a breath of possibility, share it with a friend who needs it, subscribe, and leave a review so more people can find the show.

Welcome And Meet Berta Kunell
SPEAKER_03Welcome to Soul Sisters.
SPEAKER_01Hi, and welcome to Soul Sisters, where we just had the most amazing conversation with Berta Kunell, who is an amazing energy healer. I was just introduced to her uh this afternoon. And I will tell you, if nothing else, I am ready for the upgrade and the transformation that is coming, not just to me, but to the world at large. And I am excited to have everybody else come along on that journey.
SPEAKER_03Amen. Like, listen in everybody. You will be inspired right now. Here we go. Hey everybody, welcome. We are so delighted and honored to be talking today with Berta Kunell. She is a teacher, mentor, and practitioner, facilitating personal and world transformation, healing and frequency upgrade. Her joy is bringing forth the richness of personal potential, clearing the way for each person to engage in the beauty of their life's journey, shining their gifts into the world. Berta is truly a healer. She shares with us that her hope lives in transformational and frequency upgrade. She feels that that is what is awakening, allowing, and supporting the great evolution that is occurring at this time. Berta, thank you for being here with us.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, thank you for inviting me. It's such a pleasure to be here to be here with your folks.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. So so excited to meet you, Berta. And I I love just your hope through. I I just came from a meeting with a student, and we were having a very similar conversation about transformational frequency uploading or upgrading. So I think this is uh a perfect segue into our conversation today. For sure.
SPEAKER_03And I think we're just delighted to hear more about your thoughts on this awakening, this evolution at this time that is happening right now. I think everyone would be thrilled to hear what you have to say about that.
SPEAKER_00You know, it's really rich and really beautiful. And when you recognize that the perspective that you hold your life from starts to inform your life experience. And so that's part of it. Part of it is recognizing that there is a transformation that's happening on the planet. You know, the astrology says so, and all the indigenous tribes say so. And you know, really all the religions have have kind of cued to this time for great transformation to be happening at this time. But you know, transformation can happen and it can go right by you unless you step into the journey of it and you step into the holding of that perspective for yourself in your life, and start to, you know, turn yourself in that direction.
Make Yourself Available To Change
SPEAKER_00You know, three people could be in the same room, one could be experiencing an amazing transformational journey, and the other two just you know, are eating popsicles, which is not the wrong popsicles. But you know what I mean? It it it's it's how do we make ourselves available? And I think, you know, it's like if you listen to the new age stuff, or if you listen to the transformational stuff, there's all kinds of podcasts and all kinds of and the astrology and in today, you know, and the and the astrology, the eclipse and the news energies that are supposed to come in, it's like all of that is actually happening, but if we don't make ourselves available for it, make a mess.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, that is just such a powerful statement and awareness. So tell us, tell all who are listening from your experience and wisdom, how does one make oneself available to those in a nutshell, right?
SPEAKER_00Great question. In a nutshell, um, by opening to the perspective that life is a journey, not uh a challenge, that life is an opportunity to grow and transform. It's like that just that first step to open to that opportunity and that awareness that life is a tree and an opportunity to grow and transform. And then everything that happens in your life, every you know, opportunity, every engagement is an is an opportunity for you to look at from that perspective. And and I think uh some of the key pieces to look at when you're really looking at life as journey and growth is what's the piece that I'm here to grow at this time, and what's the piece that I'm here that's really magnificent about who I am that I bring to the world at this time of great transformation? Because we have both journeys going on. We have a journey that's about our personal transformation and the places where we get uh reactive, the places where we get um stuck and allowing those places to transform and using tools. And you know, there's a lot of people out there teaching all kinds of stuff, myself included, on tool sets to use. But if you don't make yourself available for it, then you don't have that accessible.
SPEAKER_04Yeah.
SPEAKER_00And then the other piece is that I'm sorry. No, no, go ahead. The other piece is that you know, there's two things going on. We're here to grow and transform, but we're also at this time, especially, which is so exciting, at this time of great shifting, of great transformation in the world and evolution of humanity. We're here to bring our little uh facet of the jewel into the mix.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, our little facet of the jewel into the mix. I love that. I I love just I'm I'm gonna go back to what you said of that like shift in perspective from like it life being a challenge to being an opportunity, right? And I think that is so important because when when we could just make that shift, instead of it's here to beat us up and beat us down, it's more of an opportunity to lift us up. And how are we gonna meet that? How are we gonna meet the opportunity instead of just looking at the problem all the time, right? What yeah, what do we get through this? Yeah.
SPEAKER_00But yeah, to step out of, I think that's kind of you know, the first step for a lot of people is to step out of that place of victimhood and step into a place of empowerment. Yeah. Recognizing, you know, it's like every time you run into a situation that may feel uh challenging or degrading or whatever, you have to dig deep inside of yourself and bring forward an amazing aspect of self, a quality of self. And each time you do that, you build that quality stronger and stronger in who you are and how you walk in the world. So that in itself is part of that growth and that transformation.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_00You know, to recognize that it's it's it's almost like your soul calling for you to grow something, as opposed to you know, the world beating you on the head.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. And it's beautiful. I like to imagine it is this beautiful, maybe lofty for some people. And I wonder have you always stepped into like this is me, and I'm ready to transform and I'm ready to upgrade, or like, how did you get to that perspective in front of the yeah?
SPEAKER_00Interesting question. I think um I think all of us came in with a oh, I feel like I came in a little bit with a mission. I don't know that everybody did, but all of us came in with a uh a way of of of what's created passion for us.
SPEAKER_04Yeah.
SPEAKER_00And when I look back at my history, um, you know, that I've always been passionate about things that uh touch me on a spiritual level. And I've always been passionate about whatever I can do to empower people. You know, I used to work with kindergartners and my degrees in elementary education, empowering kids, and then I went as an accountant and empowering businesses and empowering business owners, and now I do healing work and empowering and teach classes that empower people. So I think that the thread for me was a thread of empowerment. So I wouldn't say, you know, I think a lot of people they do come in with a a journey that is extremely challenging for them, and they've had to work their way through that to find that place of power. I actually don't feel that that was my journey path. Yeah. You know, I kind of came in with a place of empowerment. I did have a big health crisis that happened at one time that gave it a true kick in the in in the energetic uplift. But um, but in general, I I don't think I ever really felt that. I think I think I was here to just do this work. Yeah. And I'm so grateful to be able to do it. Yeah.
SPEAKER_03That's just that's just lovely and and so beautiful to hear. So you're saying, as I'm if I'm understanding you, that really you've just always had this drive and this knowingness, yes, to follow this path and to to experience and share the empowerment. What's interesting though, and you can speak to that, but also, what is it then do you think that has driven you to do this work in support of others and their empowerment? That there are a great many who understand this concept, but only for themselves. You know what I'm saying? That they will then do this.
Empowerment Over Victimhood
SPEAKER_03How how can I fill myself up? How can I become bigger for me and what I can gain?
SPEAKER_00Yeah, you know, and I I think ultimately that's the appropriate right place to start.
SPEAKER_03Okay, say more.
SPEAKER_00How can you help someone else if you're not full yourself?
SPEAKER_03Yeah, that's beautiful.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. Um, you know, what happens a lot of times that people will go into healing work because it's a way for them to avoid whatever's going on for them to help someone else, then I won't I'll feel better about myself. Yeah. And um, and that uh, you know, I I work with a lot of people that step in from that place, but really what we need to do is to transform that and bring healing to ourselves so that we step in from a place of wholeness. Yeah, and from that place we can um hold a higher frequency for those around us and also help them to um get a reflection back on their stuff without me putting my stuff on top of it. Yeah, yes. Um, so I I you know I have to say I I applaud those who are taking the time to take their personal journey. And I uh it's my greatest joy to facilitate that for people.
SPEAKER_03Yeah. I love how you phrase that. That's wonderful. Thank you. Yeah.
SPEAKER_01Well, and you know, I I work in the counseling field, and so it's always interesting when we talk with students and and new counselors who are so eager to help others but haven't done their work themselves, right? And so it's like, okay, let's step back a little bit because it's great that you want to do this, but you can't truly show up. And so I I like to hear, you know, about this crossover. I I'm curious because um I don't know as much about you, Berta, although I've heard about you over the years also, which is kind of interesting. But I know your hand is your hands, your mind, everything is in so many different pockets of healing and um paths to transformation, right? Whether it's, you know, Reiki or you know, the Chinese medicine, all these different things. And I guess I'm just kind of curious of how you got to each of these different pieces. I mean, did you you you started in you said elementary or kinder education? Well, yeah, it's a far way away from Chinese medicine. It is. Yes.
SPEAKER_00It is. You know, it's interesting when I was working with kids and when I was, and even when I was an accountant, um, you know, I always had a call for healing work. Uh, when I went to college, but but I had a concept saying, you know, healing work is only for da-da-da-da-da. I, you know, can't make a living that way. And I didn't want to be a a uh a Western medicine doctor that that didn't call um, you know, I was really called to alternative healing, and I was called to eating healthier and taking care of my own health healthier. And I kind of went that way, you know, big into the the health food thing and the this and the that, you know. I mean, I, you know, I was definitely one of the hippie children. So, you know, went into all of the that level of how do we live our lives from the most sustainable, most healthy yeah. So, you know, I kind of got into it from a place of health, health and wellness, and health for the world, health for myself. And um, you know, the first thing I learned was Reiki. It's a really um beautiful modality because if you want to take the first do no harm, it's the perfect modality. Really, you know, really the thing I find so exquisite about it is that when you do Reiki, only what the other person needs is what they get. Not too much, not too little. And um, you don't have to, you know, turn the switch up or turn the switch down, even though there are ways to do that, you don't have to do that. Yeah, and um, and I feel like that's a a beautiful entry. Yeah and um, you know, it was a way that I could, you know, treat my nieces and nephews and treat my you know loved ones, and and it was a beautiful way to do that, and still, you know, I made my living being an accountant or being a teacher or whatever. And then there was a point um where I really felt a call to get into healing work more, and and interestingly enough, as an accountant, most of a good portion of my clients were healers. And they'd all be like, Why aren't you doing healing work? Because I also by that point I had learned craniosacral therapy and I was doing crane, so I was doing rigging craniosacral therapy on the side for friends and and uh for a lot of my accounting clients, and they were like, Why aren't you doing you know, and I was like, No license.
SPEAKER_04Yeah.
SPEAKER_00I had this like, where's the license thing?
SPEAKER_04Yeah.
SPEAKER_00And um, and so then I felt like, okay, if you really want to do healing work, then you need to really get some good training. And I always I think that that's appropriate. It was certainly appropriate for me. I come from a very medical background, my dad's a pharmacist, my brother's a doctor. I mean, I got them all over the family. So it felt like like if I really wanted to to do it as a as a as a profession, yeah. I needed training. Um not
Reiki And Training For Deeper Healing
SPEAKER_00that I don't think not that I don't think that uh Reiki practitioners and crane, I and it's not that I think you have to have that.
SPEAKER_04Right.
SPEAKER_00Uh I think I had to have it. Let me clarify that. I don't think you have to have that. I had to have that to be okay. Yeah. Yeah. That was my journey path. And so then I was like, well, what what modality do I want to learn? And it was like, well, what modality do you go to? And the only person I saw for healing was a chiropractor or uh a Chinese medicine practitioner. And I I didn't really feel called to chiropractic, although I think it's a wonderful modality, and I've had a lot of it. But I I felt I liked the internal medicine piece. Uh I really do like internal medicine. I like understanding how the body works. My favorite class, you know, was physiology and comments. So I really like how all the pieces and uh Chinese medicine was a good match.
SPEAKER_04Yeah.
SPEAKER_00So uh so I, you know, so each piece got added, you know. First I had the uh Reiki, then I learned the cranio sacral work because I got it. So I liked it, so I learned it, you know. Yes. And then, you know, Chinese medicine, I got it, I liked it, I learned it. And um, and I I I you know did my whole training and got my license and blah blah with the with that. And then it was so funny because by the time I finished, there was this part of me that went, well, if you think that you have a license that makes you valid, it doesn't. You have to take your medicine and take it really deep. Yeah, it's about the license on the wall. It's about how much do I really study, how much do I really look, how much do I really understand, and how much do I and so it really, you know, it hit all those notches. But yeah, um, and then I ran into a health crisis. I had uh acoustic neuroma, which is a tumor in the brain. Uh it's it's it's not it's benign, but um, you know, I ran into that while I was practicing Chinese medicine, while I was practicing reiki and cranial. And so of course I did all my bells and whistles, and I saw all kinds of alternative people to try to transform that. And and uh, you know, bottom line was a neuroma in the brain, it needs surgery. So I ended up you know having brain surgery for that um and took six months off my practice. And at that shifting, there was a call to what creates the disease in the first place? Yeah, what is it that's happening that that makes that happen? It's like you know, it's like everything else felt palliative. Yes. You know, my mine's like Sherlock, and I just like wanted to go, what's below that, what's below that, what's below that. And um, and I got a uh an internal call to go shamanic. And um, because the beauty of the shamanic work is that it works at the energetic level, and it's the energetics that hold the blueprint of the pattern in the first place.
SPEAKER_01Right.
SPEAKER_00And then, you know, once it comes more and more in form, it starts to come into the body, but but the the holding of it energetically um, you know, is addressed shamanically.
SPEAKER_04Yeah.
SPEAKER_00And then the then how that holding goes also into the beliefs and the um the emotional lacks and and the the psyche of it all um, you know, is also incorporated. So shamanic healing really addresses the energetic, this the journey path, yeah. The mental, emotional, and the physical. And the recognition that you can work at that level. I actually happen to work with a lot of clients who have a lot of physical things going on, but I work with them primarily at this point shamanically. Just in this last year, I shifted and stopped doing as much Chinese medicine and stopped doing as much cranial and shifted more strongly to um to only shamanic because it's it's just such a passion for me and it's so darn effective. Wow. You know, it's but if something's happening on the physical level, of course, you need to address it from both sides. But there's practitioners out there addressing the physical, and I felt like it was really important to you know look at what's the underlying uh energetics that created the pattern, what's the underlying emotional construct that created the pattern to help it to transform? So I think I've just been following my nose, so to speak, right and my own needs, and um then found myself here. And I uh I love this work. I write I love the depth of it. I love that every client uh has a different journey path and and a different richness that they're trying to bring forward, and you know, we can work with uh the energetic streams that are limiting that.
SPEAKER_03Yeah. You've spoken to this in what you've been saying here, but I think it I'd love for you to say more and it bears repeating. I think others will appreciate hearing how is it in your work that you are able to hold that space for the client, for the individual, without your ego, your energy, your force mixing in that that healing, right? And holding space for them and their journey. How is it that you've been able to attain? I know you've spoken to this a bit already.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, and I think it has to do with personal work. Yeah. You know, I think it's so critical that people do their personal work. And it's not that you're perfect, but that you know your patterns enough that you can leave them outside the door.
SPEAKER_04Yeah.
SPEAKER_00And I do a lot of training of shamanic practitioners, and one of the, you know, the big I'm always like, leave your stuff outside the door, come in, complaint, blink, present with your tool sets. We're trackers, you know, which means that we're we're looking for the threads of what's holding things, we're looking for how a pattern is held. We're not psychotherapists that are trying to figure it all out.
SPEAKER_04Right.
SPEAKER_00So, you know, I think it's harder for someone who's who is um you know trying to uh figure things as opposed to someone who's trying to get the intuitive, okay, here it's this, it's let's move here, let's do this, let's do this. I I move too fast to put my stuff in it. Excellent point. Yeah. I like that game out of it. And and I think, you know, it's like if I if if you um if you feel a lot of your stuff, you know, it happens to be up and running, it's like if you start to see that in your clients, and you know, you catch it really fast and kind of go, oh yeah, Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Um, I do think it takes um I I I I don't think it takes as much training as it takes personal work to transform your stuff so that you don't overlay it. And so you have a lot of ownership and awareness.
SPEAKER_04Yeah.
SPEAKER_00And I think uh, you know, a lot of the transformational journey, the first step is awareness of what's limiting your patterns are, and the second step is the ownership of those patterns as that they're yours to transform, stepping out of that victim place that someone's doing this to me, yeah, and taking the ownership of this is my pattern, I'm the one that keeps running it. So it's my transform.
Brain Surgery And The Shamanic Turn
SPEAKER_00And I I I you know, I I feel like I'm you always have to do that. You're just constantly always having to do that.
SPEAKER_03And so, given all of this, were you able to, upon your own health journey diagnosis and the tumor, were you able to see immediately what what that was in the totality of the journey to no, not at all.
SPEAKER_00It was before I ever before I ever did the shamanic work, I had no idea of it. I um I didn't even have an idea of that concept. I actually did a shamanic session for someone who looked at the dirty path of it, and I went, uh, that is cool. Yeah. Um, but because it was manifested in form, it didn't mean I didn't need the surgery. Yeah. Right.
SPEAKER_03No, I heard, heard, and understood. And so would you say then that that manifestation also was a catalyst and again for you in this, yeah.
SPEAKER_00It was. I I definitely think it was, and it really catapulted me into this work. No doubt about it. I started my training for this work um uh six months after my surgery. Wow. Wow.
SPEAKER_03Definitely driven and inspired for me. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_01Well, and and sometimes when we get, you know, like you said, getting out of your head, right? You move too fast, so your head can't get in the way. But I think probably going through that medical journey, you couldn't just be in your head. You were kind of I would I don't want to say dissociating, but kind of like just go with, okay, help me get me through this process that these other things were coming to you. You had almost like a download to take this next path. Like you didn't need to return to what you were already doing. There was something greater coming for you.
SPEAKER_00I don't know if I knew that at the time of this, but um, but I felt called to it afterwards. Yeah. You know, going into it, you know, I spent six months before I did the surgery trying to make the tumor shrink on my own using all kinds of brew. Ha ha. Yeah. Um, the only thing that shrinks an aroma is a shot of vitamin B, and I wasn't about to do a shot into my past my skull. So, you know, it yeah. Wow. Anyway, wow, interesting. So I think more what showed up for me during during the actual journey process was um it opened me up to Western medicine and the value of it and took it off of my I would never go there.
SPEAKER_01Oh that's it. I love that though. That it's it's not all or nothing. And I think that is really important. Even when you started talking about earlier in your life with like going to the healthy eating and really taking care of yourself that way, it's and looking at your path with shamanism and Reiki and acupunctures. There's not a one one-stop shop. It's not that this does everything, right? It's that they're or that it's appropriate for each person, right? Somebody may really benefit from Reiki and not so much from acupuncture. So yeah, yeah. I'm I I'm curious just hearing kind of this over. I know there's so much more, you know, so many layers of your journey, but but knowing where you started as that hippie and became uh, you know, early education and accounting, and then into your energy work. I'm curious what your 13-year-old self, and I'm imagining that she was that hippie, but what would that 13-year-old self think or say about you today and about this journey that you're on?
SPEAKER_00Yeah, uh that's an interesting question. The 13-year-old wasn't a hippie, not yet. Not yet. Okay, 16 years old. Um the 13-year-old was uh, you know, was really um I I was raised Jewish. Um my background is Jewish. The 13-year-old was really called to that. It was a time of its, you know, the 13-year-old was called to a connection to spirit in a different way. I think the 13-year-old would be blissed out by where I've ended up. Yeah.
SPEAKER_03Yeah. I love that. I love that. I love that phrasing. Yeah, bliss. And so, and so then also in regards to that 13-year-old, you talked about the you're surrounded, you're surrounded with the world of um Western medicine practitioners and scientists and what have you. Did you have you must have, did you have support in your world for your own awaking, awakening as you evolved and evolved and as you stepped into these different um areas of practice?
SPEAKER_00Yeah. Oh, I had a lot of friends support, and I also I have to say, I've had a lot of family support. Um, you know, my parents are kind of held the place of you can do anything you want.
SPEAKER_04Yeah.
SPEAKER_00You know, it was I always felt very supported on that level. I I feel very fortunate. Not everybody has that support. I have lots of brothers and sisters who don't necessarily understand me, but do support me.
SPEAKER_03Yeah. So you didn't have as part of your journey the need to sort of overcome that hurdle of six.
SPEAKER_00So that I didn't. I work with a lot of people that do, but I didn't. I I did have to work with uh you're just a hippie and we don't really know what you're doing, and you're kind of yeah, whatever that is. Uh and in years and years I'm not quite being accepted for what I did as if it had any value. Um but that has shifted in the last few years, I have to say. But and I suspect you're gonna be used for 30 years, so it's you know more, more, yeah.
SPEAKER_03And I and I gather from hearing you that it doesn't concern you anymore. Well, you know what others have.
SPEAKER_00The family has a lot of love, and we have a lot of love and support for each other. Yeah, that's another thing a lot of people really don't have. I feel so fortunate, really.
SPEAKER_03Yeah. Um but the world as a at large, the world as a whole, there are there are many who would hear the the phrase energy work and instantly dismiss. And I would suspect that that does you know that that's not your business. That's their journey, and you're and you are going to be able to do that.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, I don't tend to get caught there. I try to find language to make it accessible. Yeah. Oh, that's beautiful. I like that. But I but I don't tend to nothing to prove, nothing to defend. Right. Nothing to prove, nothing to defend.
SPEAKER_01Yes. And you say that nothing to um prove, which is interesting. And also my um introduction to you before I met you was how amazing you were and how inspirational you were, and um about the amazing work you were doing and bringing other people along kind of on their journey. And so I think that is really important. And I'm curious, knowing a little bit just about your family background and the support you had from family and friends, where do you get your inspiration from? Who inspires you to, I guess, be authentic, to to go, you know, live your journey? My husband.
SPEAKER_00Uh for one, uh, I would say uh very much so. Um, my friends, uh there's a lot of people that I have uh trained in this work, whether as a practitioners or as teachers, and uh a lot of people that I have trained just to do their own personal work. I teach a lot of classes. Um so I gain a lot of inspiration from watching people's journey. Um I listen to to uh inspiring podcasts. Um I listen to inspiring music. Yeah. Um I I haven't watched news in 40 years.
Holding Space Without Ego
SPEAKER_00Um I'm very selective in what I bring into my system. Um so I think that's part of it. I I read inspiring books, I I watch inspiring podcasts, I'm pretty careful even the shows that I watch. And um yeah. I I think that I I'm always looking for places to be inspired.
SPEAKER_01Yeah.
SPEAKER_00Inspiration means a lot to me. So, you know, I look for places to have that inspiration happening for me, Emily.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, and I think that's important that it goes back to your seeing the opportunity instead of the challenge, right? The o the opportunity is there, we just have to find it, right? But but if our head is in all this other stuff, we're gonna miss those opportunities.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, like if you watch too much news, then you just think the world is falling apart. It sure does look that way. Uh it's not that I'm I have my head in the sand, I'm well aware of what's happening in the world, but but I I don't feel to allow it to drag me down into that spiral because it doesn't serve. Um and I feel like there's two worlds going on, one that's really elevating and and one that's uh kind of coming to its closure and its end, but there's a lot of that uh uh resistance. Yeah. Yep there.
SPEAKER_01And choosing to be in this path that's rising instead of the one that's ending.
SPEAKER_00And it's a daily choice. Yes. I mean it's a moment-to-moment choice. Yeah you know, it was there was some there was some time in the last years, you know, where you know, the whole, you know, with COVID and with this war or that war, that you could really, you know, get caught just to step step a level of bubble.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, yeah, yeah. For sure.
SPEAKER_00This is right wrong because what's right for one is wrong is different. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
SPEAKER_03And it sounds like you have really learned by virtue of honing these skills for many a year, too. You have really learned to follow your own instincts, to trust your own knowing and to stay true for that.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, I would say that is really true. And I, you know, it's like you forget that you actually have learned that because you didn't always. Right.
SPEAKER_04Yeah.
SPEAKER_00I mean, all of us did whatever we did when we were kids to try to be accepted or to try to fit in, or you know, to follow my mom's path, or what you know, yeah. I would have to say that has definitely I I just follow my own. Yeah.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_03I mean, if anybody anybody listening, if there's a takeaway from all of this, it it is that, right? Follow your path. Do you and do do your work and follow that your own path. Beautiful. Well, we really want to honor your time and appreciate some. I could sit here and talk to you for ages because this is all just wondrous. And how you are.
SPEAKER_00I'd like to invite any of you to um, you know, to to take to step into your journey more. I'd be happy to support it. You're welcome to contact me. We want to say to everybody before we jump into our rapid fire questions, which we'll we'll do here in just a moment, but we'll say and we'll share this out with um this podcast as well. You can get the rapid fire questions already done. We're here, we're ready to go. And I can just say personally, because I I I've done some work with um Berta, which was lovely, but I um another member of my household has worked extensively, and I won't get into other people's names and business, but it's been Berta's been a very powerful and wonderful and much revered teacher for many a year, and I'm well aware of others as well. So um high recommendations to all. High recommendations. So let's rapid fire it now. Let's go.
SPEAKER_01Let's go, let's go. These are the easy ones. Yeah, these are easy.
Protecting Your Energy From The News
SPEAKER_01Go for it all easy. Okay, so if you were to walk it up to the stage when you're doing this great big workshop or presentation or receiving your award, what would be your walk-in song?
SPEAKER_00My walk-in song. What comes up is is grateful. There's a um there, there's uh uh Lee Harris has all these mantras and they're they're musical mantras, and he has one about gratitude, and um, and he has also one about um trusting that life is bringing you all that uh its highest and best. I'm gonna check that out. What are those two? I'm gonna check them out. Yeah, I love his mantras. His mantras are great.
SPEAKER_03Okay, we're that's that's what we're doing as soon as we finish this. I don't know. Yeah, look at the hairs, his music's wonderful. Okay, perfect. Okay. What book changed you?
SPEAKER_00Uh there's a couple. Um, one is called The Path of Empowerment by Barbara Masiniak. Um gosh, there's so there's so many, really. Um there's one called Soul Shifts by Barbara DeAngelis. Um book. Uh there's a book I can't quite remember the name of it right now, that had there's there's there's been some books that are really holding that paradigm change. Um a lot of stuff I've read by Cryon uh really holds that paradigm shift. Um Lee Harris is also a channel that paradigm I like channels. Um so there's some books by channels that really held that books that I have to do with transformation and paradigm shift.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, I like that. The soul's journey, right? Yeah, yeah. Okay, and I know you don't watch a lot of movies or you're very intentional about the ones you do. I'm curious what movie lives rep-free in your brain.
SPEAKER_00What movie lives Mama Mia, I love it.

SPEAKER_00Joy. It's like a joyous, a joyous thing. Yeah.
SPEAKER_03And I think this the whole time we've been talking, you've been answering this question, but we'll ask it one more time. What in your world is giving you hope right now?
SPEAKER_00Uh watching the shifting happening one by one with people. Yeah.
SPEAKER_01Yeah.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_01And that's how you know we're elevating, right? This is ending and this is is just beginning. Yeah.
SPEAKER_00Just seeing how many people are shifting and how fast the shifting is happening. Oh, for a good portion of hopefully.
